My name is Lauren Thomander, or Explauren Photography. My home is in Halifax, Nova Scotia—but I love to travel (destination wedding?!).


Blending into the background, I focus on capturing moments exactly as they happen—nothing forced, nothing staged. The quiet glances, the in-between laughs, the feeling of the day as it really was. My approach is simple: you stay present, and I’ll take care of preserving it.
